Talent Green House allows new talent access to the industry's finest leaders, inspirational lectures, support of great mentors and an incredible collaborative community. And the journey may take them on the stage of the next World Wide Hair Tour and a chance to win their show in the future!
We invite all Davines stylists to enter for the opportunity to exhibit their artistic expression, creativity, and talent sharing your vision of Sustainable Beauty.

Application
To apply to be one of the 100 chosen to join The Talent Green House is simple.
Take 9 photos and 1 video of the look with your mobile phone/tablet: 3 after images (front/back/side), 3 before images (front/back/side), 3 process images (step-by-step), one 360° video of the final result; complete the Application form and upload it below.
When the application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email within 72 hours, please check the spam folder and re-check your application.
Go to your private Instagram page, and post a carousel of your work.
Add a caption: to describe your vision, colour formula and Davines products used;
Tag your team members (model);
Add the two hashtags: #talentgreenhouse2026 and #Davinestghentry26 (this is very important because without these hashtags, we won't be able to see your entry).
The Top 100
100 participants will be chosen from the entries received!
We call them "Top 100", and they will start their unique learning journey on Talent Green House!
The Top 100 will be grouped with Davines expert coaches and will join the interactive digital growth program.
What to expect from Talent Green House program?
Six months, four incredible learning modules, four inspiring challenges. At the beginning of each module, you will receive details of fun and creative challenge to be completed. To support, we will provide all the education needed: digital workbooks, videos, inspiring master classes, and exclusive meetings with the Industry-leaders.
What I will learn?
How to organize your creative process from research to hair;
How to bring your colour skills to the next level;
How to communicate your ideas to the world via social media and press;
How to be stage-ready
10 Finalists
From the Top 100 participants and after all four modules are completed 10 participants will be chosen to continue their journey. The 10 finalists will have a unique opportunity to continue their learning journey from Master-Mentors, industry leaders who will prepare them for the final challenge.
Their final challenges will be showcased on stage, and the overall winner will be chosen at the next WWHT.
The Final
Coming soon: the final of the Talent Green House will take place at a Davines event to be defined.
Talent Green House winner
The overall winner of the Talent Green House will have the opportunity to create their own 15-minute stage show at the next WWHT. The people's choice (for the stylist who accumulates the highest score from the online and WWHT audience) will win the opportunity to support the overall winner in the preparation of their stage show at the next WWHT.
