Davines’ Research and Development Laboratories have upgraded The Century of Light range with a unique active ingredient called Acetyl Aspartic Acid used in the new HAIR PROTECTIVE BOOSTER+ (patent pending). This special technologic ingredient has a double action, in fact it works at two levels within the hair structure to provide at the same time protection and a strengthening effect to the hair. The new formulas are enhanced with important additional benefits:
Progress provides a cleaner lift, as well as a better wet and dry hair feel.

Protection
When the hair is healthy, it is filmed by a lipidic coating that makes it impermeable protecting the underlying keratin structure.
After traditional bleaching services, this lipidic layer can be damaged and as a consequence the cuticle will open and the hair will look dull.
The HAIR PROTECTIVE BOOSTER+ contained in The Century of Light formulas, acts on the surface by restoring a protective layer around the hair. The cuticles are compact and the hair appears healthy and shiny.

StrengtheningAction
Healthy hair has a compact internal structure, where keratin fibers are held together by different types of bonds.
After traditional bleaching services, these bonds can become damaged and break, resulting in a weaker hair structure.
The HAIR PROTECTIVE BOOSTER+ contained in The Century of Light formulas, interposes itself as a bridge between the keratin fibers, restoring the broken bonds for a compact and intact hair structure.

Instructions
Upon completion of the processing time, adding a little water and emulsify the colour. Rinse thoroughly, then wash with the most appropriate Davines shampoo. Rinse, then apply the most appropriate Davines conditioner. After processing time, comb the hair before rinsing.
